About Annual Dues

Due in January each year. Invoices are mailed.

Pursuant to the Bill of Assurance for Maumelle Valley Estates (i.e., Cypress Valley, Maumelle Valley, and Summit Ridge neighborhoods), property owners are responsible for annual dues of $125.00. That amount includes the dues amount required by the Bill of Assurance ($100), as well as a Base Assessment ($25.00).

Your dues are used, primarily, for the maintenance of common areas within the subdivision, utility costs, and incidental costs for repairs (as applicable). Excess funds are used for capital improvements for the benefit of the neighborhood, such as playground equipment, signs, etc.

Property owners will receive a mailed invoice each January for their annual dues amount (plus any unpaid previous balances). The invoice is due upon receipt, and your prompt payment is appreciated. Payments not received by January 31st of each year are subject to a $15 late payment fee.
