Each year, during the annual Property Owners Association (POA) meeting, the Board of Directors presents a comprehensive overview of the association’s year-end financials. These reports include the Balance Sheet, Income and Expense Statements, and the Annual Budget for the upcoming fiscal year. The Treasurer is available during the meeting to address any questions from property owners regarding these financial disclosures.
