The Annual Property Owners Association meeting is typically held on the second Tuesday of March each year. However, when circumstances, such as meeting room availability or other conflicts make it necessary, the annual meeting can be scheduled for any day within the first 6 months of a year—as long as the meeting date and time are adequately communicated to POA members.
