Meetings

The Annual Property Owners Association (POA) Meeting is traditionally held on the second Tuesday of March each year. However, should scheduling conflicts arise—such as meeting room availability or other logistical constraints—the meeting may be rescheduled to any date within the first six months of the calendar year, provided that appropriate notice is given to all POA members.

Meeting notices, agendas, and minutes are distributed in accordance with POA bylaws to ensure transparency and member engagement.
